Subject: New company and migration to ERP Business Central as of 1/1/26

 

Dear customer,

We would like to inform you of some important operational changes at Products & Brands Group.

 

New ERP System:

As of 1 January 2026, we will switch over to a new ERP System: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. This change allows us to work more efficiently, improve our service still further and work better with you in terms of supply, billing, etc.

 

A single legal entity:

As well as our ERP system changing, from the same date we are also officially going to take all our work under the company P&B Group BV (Products & Brands Group), which means that the companies PAB Chilled & Dairy Food BV (0894.321.192) and Ronald Vandeputte (0403.799.122) will merge into this new legal entity (formerly PAB NV) for which you will find all the information below. For PAB NV, only the name is changing.

This kind of migration involves a lot of organisation, so in order for it to run smoothly, we will be closed from 20 December 2025 to 4 January 2026.

 

In practical terms, this means:

Your latest order must be with us by 17 December 2025. These are the last orders for delivery on 19 December 2025.

We will be back live from 5 January 2026 for the first new orders for delivery from 7 January 2026.

So please submit your orders in time to cover this period.
The logistics flows and your contacts will remain as they are currently.

Your last delivery must be with our logistics partners by 19 December 2025. These are the last deliveries we can accept in the year 2025.

We will be back live from 5 January 2026 to accept the first goods of 2026.

So please schedule your deliveries in time to cover this period.

The logistics flows and your contacts will remain as they are currently.
